Returns Overview

At DiscountFurnaceFilter.com, we put you, the customer, first. To honor that commitment, we offer Free Standard Shipping for all Contiguous US orders over $50. In stock items will typically ship the same day for all orders received by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Your customer experience is our top priority. Returns Made Easy

Please do not return a product to us before reading the instructions below!  Before returning the product, please contact our Customer Service Department for the proper Return Process. We can be reached either by phone or email, 888-623-4678 or support@discountfurnacefilter.com. Please be sure to include your name and original order number with the return. 

You may return new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified items in original factory condition within 90 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. For returns where we did not make an error, the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. All parts, manuals, packing materials, and accessories must be included.  All freight-bound equipment must be returned via a freight carrier.

Please ensure and track any returned packages. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed credit, partial credit, or refusal of the returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all orders promptly upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact Customer Service within 14 days so we can replace the item at no additional charge. After 14 days, we are unable to issue a credit for damages. 

If we made an error on your order, we will correct it and cover the cost of return shipping at no additional charge to you, provided the issue is reported within 90 days of delivery. Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) within 7 business days and notify you via email of the applicable refund amount. DiscountFurnaceFilter.com reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on the condition of the returned item(s). If you disagree with the refund offered, you may notify us within 3 days to request that the item(s) be returned to you for an additional shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 2-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
