When ordering replacement filters, we recommend using the part number from your current filter whenever possible. The part number is unique to the specific filter model and brand, helping ensure you select a replacement that fits properly. While many filters are marketed using nominal sizes, actual dimensions can vary slightly between manufacturers.

Most filters have a part number printed directly on the filter frame. If you do not currently have a filter installed, you may be able to locate the recommended filter information on the inside door of your filter cabinet or HVAC equipment.

How do I access my subscription?

To manage your subscription online, you'll need a customer account. If you haven't already created one, you can register using the same email address used to place your recurring order. Once logged in, you'll be able to view and manage your subscription details.

Do I need an account to manage my subscription online?

Yes. Creating an account allows you to update payment methods, modify delivery schedules, skip shipments, change air filter subscription selections, and cancel recurring orders directly from your account dashboard.

How do I update my payment method?

Log into your account and navigate to your subscription details. From there, you can update your payment information and follow the prompts to securely save your new payment method.

What happens if my payment method expires or a transaction fails?

If we are unable to process your recurring order due to an expired payment method, insufficient funds, or another payment issue, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment up to three times.

We'll also notify you using the email address associated with your account so you can review and update your payment information if needed.

To avoid delays in future shipments, please log into your account and update your payment method as soon as possible. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes. You can modify your delivery frequency, next order date, quantity, shipping address, payment information, and product selections through your subscription management portal.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that if an order has already been processed, canceling your subscription will stop future orders but will not cancel an order that has already been submitted.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. There are no cancellation fees associated with our auto delivery program.

I didn't cancel my subscription in time and my order was already shipped. What should I do?

If your recurring order has already been processed and shipped, canceling your subscription will prevent future orders but will not stop the order that has already been submitted.

If you no longer need the shipment, you may refuse delivery or contact our customer service team to discuss return options. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in accordance with our return policy.

Does my subscription lock me into today's price?

No. Subscription pricing is subject to change over time. However, you'll continue to receive your recurring order discount, and we'll notify you before your next scheduled order if pricing changes occur.

Yes. We send a reminder email before your next recurring order is processed, giving you time to review your shipment, update your delivery schedule, make product changes, update payment information, or cancel future deliveries if needed.

Can I create a subscription over the phone?

No. Recurring orders and furnace filter subscriptions must be created directly by the customer through our website.

This includes furnace filters, water panels, humidifier filters, dehumidifier filters, and other products eligible for recurring delivery
