The Trane BAYFTFREXM2 - Perfect Fit 5" Expandable Replacement Air Filter is a brand new, OEM filter, MERV 8. It fits the BAYFTFR gas furnace filter housings.

This is an expandable filter with approximate dimensions of 28" x 27-1/4" x 4-7/8" 

For optimal performance, this Trane filter should be replaced every 6 months.
